Blake passed away Wednesday, November 4 at home in the Florida Keys, Marathon. Blake was loved by many and will be deeply missed by his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his grand parents June & William Richards, Blake is survived by his parents Robin & Mark Kirby, Father John E Ciarlo, half-brother Chadd Kirby, and step-sister Amber Kirby.
