On November 7th, 2020 devoted mother, friend and creative soul, Donna Marie Morogiello Maritato, 59, of Ocean Grove, NJ, passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family. Donna was born in Brooklyn, New York on June 29, 1961 to Virginia (Ginger) and Anthony (Butch) Morogiello. Donna’s immediate survivors are her mother, her brother Charles (Woody), son Nicholas Maritato and his fiancé Ashley Brooke Roberts, daughter Gabrielle Maritato and her partner Chris May, her ex-husband Steve Maritato, and her pet Morkie, Ralfie. Her wider family includes many loving cousins and dear friends. After attending schools including Monmoth University, Donna had a successful career in fundraising at various institutions including Children’s Specialized Hospital, the American Red Cross, CPC Behavioral Healthcare and The Arc. Donna was an exceptionally talented photographer and artist who enriched the lives of many. She was known for her sense of humor and inventive spirit.
