Roy M Smith

Roy Melburn Smith September 18, 1936, to November 2, 2020. Roy was a true cowboy. He was a successful businessman; starting his first company at quite a young age. He named it after him and his young son, Royce, RR Trenching and Excavating. He was very successful in his business endeavors. Upon retirement, he became a rancher for 10 years. He was a hardworking and dedicated man, who won the respect of those he worked with. He was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and will be greatly missed. Roy is survived by his wife of many years, Pauline Smith; son, Royce and his wife, Kelle; daughter, Melba and husband, John and granddaughters, Kayla, Casandra, and great-granddaughter, Kimber. A graveside service will take place Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Terrace Grove Cemetery.
