Wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt who was very very loved by her surviving family, Raymond (Pete) Verville (husband), Patricia Verville (daughter), Brad Barthell (son-in-law), Cathie Dill (daughter), Don Dill (son-in-law), Cindie Verville (daughter), Todd Fellman (son-in-law), and Ella Fellman (granddaughter).  She is preceded in death by Connie Verville (daughter).

Roberta was born in Walhalla ND in 1929.  She and Pete lived in several places in the United States in an attempt to nurture her adventurous spirit.  She spent the last several years back in Walhalla ND where she passed away, age 91, peacefully on October 31, 2020.

After graduating from Walhalla High School, Roberta earned her RN degree from St. Joseph's School of Nursing in Fargo ND (1951).  She practiced as a Nurse for several years in several different parts of the country, then finished her working career as a Dental Hygienist in Chatfield MN.  Roberta was a pioneer at balancing work life and home life for her family long before it was the norm.

Roberta was an amazing mother in so many ways, a caring devoted wife, a caretaker for all, not to mention an AMAZING cook.  But, what she loved most of all was being a grandmother to a granddaughter who thought the world of her.

Due to current health concerns, the family will not be having visitation or a service at this time.  We ask that you take a moment to think about one way Roberta made you smile at some point in time, and possibly share that memory with someone else.
