NORFOLK – Donald R. Groman, Jr., 58, passed away unexpectedly on November 1, 2020. Donald was born on June 29, 1962 in Torrington, to Biruta "Brandy" Webb of Dover, Delaware and the late Donald R. Groman, Sr. Donald loved football and was an avid Buffalo Bills fan. He also loved NASCAR, fishing and hunting. He will be missed by so many. In addition to his mother, he is survived by a brother, Gerald "Jerry" Groman of Dover, Delaware; cousins, Ruta Carpenter and Robert Ribickis of Torrington; niece, La Shaun Groman and Trevor; great niece, Braelynn of Idaho; and many extended relatives and friends. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his younger brother, Rodney J. Groman and uncle, Jerry Groman. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
