Robert Leon Morgan, Sr.

Robert Leon Morgan Sr., 92, of Hagerstown, passed away, Friday, October 30th, at Doey's House, Hagerstown. Born March 9, 1928 in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late, Edward G. and Mary E. (Dunn) Morgan. He was an Air Force veteran that served in World War II. Robert was a self employed painting contractor for over 30 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 72 years, Dorothy L. Morgan; sons Robert L. Morgan Jr. of Hagerstown; Richard L. Morgan and wife Kathleen of Berkeley Springs WV; granddaughter Jessica L. Perkins and husband Scott of Mosely, VA; grandson Richard A. Morgan and fiance Carol Ann of Hagerstown; great-granddaughters Madelynn V. and Mackenzie C. Perkins; and great-grandson Lucas R. Morgan. Robert enjoyed fishing, boating and outdoor sports. Rest Haven Funeral Home Hagerstown is assisting the family with the arrangements.
