Raymond Andrew “Andy” Jackson, 58 Raymond Andrew “Andy” Jackson, of Wheeling, formerly of Chester, passed away Friday, October 30, 2020. He was 58. Andy was born in East Liverpool, October 12, 1962. He was predeceased by his parents Earl G. Jackson, Jr. and Helen Smusz Jackson and a brother, David T. Jackson. As a child, Andy competed in Special Olympics. He loved music, especially Elvis and knew everything about him. He also enjoyed old cars and National Geographic magazines. Andy is survived by his loving sister, Jacqueline “Jackie” Jackson Hill of Pittsburgh, PA, and a brother, Earl G. Jackson, III and his wife, Lois, of Rockaway, New Jersey. He is also survived by numerous family members in Georgetown, PA and Chester as well as aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews in New Jersey and Nevada. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Dawson Funeral Home. Services will be held at Locust Hill Cemetery at 1:00 pm Saturday, July 17th.
