<p>Dean &ldquo;Nanny&rdquo; Watson, 89, of Tecumseh, Oklahoma passed from this life Friday, October 30, 2020 at her home.</p> <p>She was born on April 15, 1931 to William Braxton and Sadie Leona (Tarwater) Flick in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.</p> <p>Dean attended grade school in Pauls Valley, Rock Springs and Dripping Springs.&nbsp;</p> <p>She married Harold P. Watson on October 25, 1947 in Tecumseh, Oklahoma.&nbsp; He preceded her in death on January 9, 2007.&nbsp;</p> <p>She was a member of Downtown Pentecostal Holiness Church in Shawnee.&nbsp;</p> <p>Dean enjoyed fishing and hunting with her late husband and love of her life.&nbsp; She loved her family and loved to cook and take care of them.&nbsp; Her grandkids and great-grandkids were the apple of her eye and focal point of her life.&nbsp;</p> <p>She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold P. Watson; son, Harold P. Watson, II; daughter, Kathy Stearman; 3 great-grandsons, Talon, Tristian and Samuel Jay Mitchell; her parents, William and Sadie Flick; sisters, Jewell Nabors, Wanda Wells and Dorothy; and brothers, Jako, Bill, AZ, and Sherman.</p> <p>Those left to cherish her memory are 2 daughters &amp; 2 sons-in-law, Connie Kressin and husband Dale of Bethel Acres, Tawana Gracy and Juan of Tecumseh and Jesse Stearman of Tecumseh; 14 grandchildren &amp; spouses, Colette &amp; Rick McClure of Tecumseh, John &amp; Allison Stearman of Tecumseh, Samuel &amp; Jacelyn Mitchell, Amanda &amp; Jake Clanin, Andrew Mitchell, Morgan and Garrett Babb, Taylor and Rachel Mitchell, and Joseph Mitchell; 18 great-grandchildren, Taylor &amp; Stewart, Laney, Hayden, Cami, Kinsley, Kortlyn, Trinity, Brightlee, Case, Jalie, Jaden Journey, Dwayne, Lorrie, Daven, Destiny and Huxley; &nbsp;and many loving friends and extended family.</p> <p>&ldquo;If you could see where I am, you wouldn&rsquo;t cry.&rdquo;</p> <p>Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 4, 2020 and continue through service time with family gathering from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Cooper Funeral Home. Service will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Living Love Christian Center in Shawnee with Reverend Mark Guinn officiating.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Burial will follow at Tecumseh Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh. &nbsp;Please join the celebration of Dean&rsquo;s life through Cooper Funeral Home&rsquo;s Facebook page for live streaming of the service.</p>

Dean “Nanny” Watson, 89, of Tecumseh, Oklahoma passed from this life Friday, October 30, 2020 at her home.

She was born on April 15, 1931 to William Braxton and Sadie Leona (Tarwater) Flick in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Dean attended grade school in Pauls Valley, Rock Springs and Dripping Springs. 

She married Harold P. Watson on October 25, 1947 in Tecumseh, Oklahoma.  He preceded her in death on January 9, 2007. 

She was a member of Downtown Pentecostal Holiness Church in Shawnee.

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 4, 2020 and continue through service time with family gathering from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Cooper Funeral Home.
