Robert E. Tousignant
Robert E. Tousignant, 67, of Woonsocket, passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 in Philip Hulitar Hospice Center, Providence. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Henri and Loretta (Allard) Tousignant. Robert graduated from Woonsocket High School in 1971 and attended New England Tech in the auto mechanics program. He worked in various positions at Fireside Nissan of North Smithfield, Moody Tools of Providence and the former Boliden Metech of Mapleville. He enjoyed fishing, working on cars and spending time with family. He is survived by his two daughters: Sandra A. Leplat of Pascoag and Laura Baptista of Putnam, CT and his four grandchildren: Michael, Bryan, Christian and Alexis. He also leaves behind three siblings: Richard Tousignant of Woonsocket, Constance Grady of Cumberland and Jeannine Mattair of Wesley Chapel, FL and numerous nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his sisters: Jeanne Tousignant and Susan L'Heureux Desautels. His funeral arrangements are private and are entrusted to the Boucher Funeral Home, 272 Sayles Ave. Pascoag.Obituary
