Carrol M. Goergen, 95, of Euclid, MN, passed away on October 26, 2015 at Villa St. Vincent Nursing Home in Crookston, MN. Carrol was born on February 14, 1920 to Albert and Mollie (Wavra) Tiedeman. They lived on a farm near Euclid. Carrol was one of four children and attended country school. Carrol married Robert Goergen on June 3, 1946. (Robert passed away on October 20, 2011.) They were blessed with two children, Sharon and Donald. In 1970, they welcomed their son-in-law, Donald Johnson to the family. Carrol worked for the U.S. Postal Service until her retirement. She was a charter member of the Euclid American Legion and the American Legion Auxiliary. Carrol enjoyed spending time with family, cooking and baking, gardening, and hunting. Her family especially enjoyed her homemade pies. Carrol is survived by Donald Goergen, Sharon and Donald Johnson, Michael (Tammera and Kaly Eid) Johnson, and Scott (Emily, Jack, and Liv) Johnson.
