Effie Marie Decker, 84, passed away on October 27, 2020 with her daughters by her side at her home in Montvale, NJ formerly of Upper Saddle River, NJ. Born in Englewood, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Fred Heller and Effie McLaughlin. Effie was the beloved wife of the late Joel “Bill” Decker. Loving mother of Carolyn and Jennifer. Cherished grandmother of Alec William. Effie touched many lives with her love of travel, golf, fun and laughter.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30, 2020 from 12 PM - 2 PM at Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home, 109 Darlington Ave, Ramsey, NJ with a committal service to follow at 2:30 PM at Ascension Cemetery in Monsey, NY.
