Marjorie Irene Edwards 88 of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at Brightwood Center in Follansbee, WV. Born on October 29, 1931 in Follansbee, WV a daughter of the late Hoyt and Sue (Lada) Allen. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, David L. Edwards, her daughter, Belinda (Lindy) Andriano and son-in-law, Tony Andriano, and her sisters, Geraldine Atwell and Marilyn Marino. Marjorie graduated 1949 from Wellsburg High School and went onto to be a homemaker. She was a life- long member of the Follansbee Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women’s Club. Marjorie is survived by her devoted son, David (Maribeth) Edwards of Follansbee, WV; a brother, Dr. Hoyt (Shara) Allen of Cocoa, FL; five grandchildren, Stacie Jones (Tommy Rowan), Jessica Edwards, Travis Edwards (Katie Demundo), David (Samie) Andriano, John (Abby) Andriano, and five great grandchildren, Conner, Paisley, Weston, Noah, and Liam. Visitation for Marjorie will be held on Friday, October 30 th from 11:00 A.M. until time of funeral services at 1:00 P.M. at the Mullenbach Funeral Home 669 Main St. Follansbee, WV with Rev. Penny Calmbacher officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Follansbee, WV. Due to Covid-19 guidelines we ask that you wear a facial covering and social distance from one another.
