Maria Trindade (Nee Dos Santos) Ferro, 93, passed away on Tuesday, October 27 2020, at Clark Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Clark, NJ. Maria was born in Vagos, Aveiro, Portugal, came to the United States in 1967 and resided in the Ironbound Section of Newark, NJ before settling in Union many years ago. Wife of the late Jose Ferro; devoted and loving mother of Joe Ferro and his wife Eleonor, and Isabel Maria Ferro; dear sister of Francelina Patacao, Leonor Oliveira, Florinda Mouro and Maria Emilia Servo; cherished grandmother of Jennifer, Jeffrey and Alyssa. The Funeral and visitation for Maria will be held on Thursday, October 29th from 9:00 am -10:00 am at the Buyus Funeral Home 426 Lafayette St., at Wilson Ave, Newark, NJ 07105. Funeral Service will be 10 am. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend.
