THOMAS C. RAULINAVICH, SR., 94, of Howell Twp., NJ, passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2020, at home. He was born in Taylor, PA, and resided in Linden, NJ, prior to settling in Howell Twp., in 1988. Thomas was a United States Army Veteran, proudly serving during WWII, and earning the Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic Pacific Theater Ribbon, World War II Victory Ribbon, and the Army Occupation Medal (Japan). He was employed as a Supervisor with General Motors Corporation, Linden, NJ, retiring in 1987 after 35 years of service. Thomas was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Howell/Jackson Council 6201, the American Legion Post #102, Linden, NJ, and a communicant of The Church of St. Veronica, Howell Twp., NJ. Thomas was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Mary Raulinavich, Sr.; his brother, Joseph Raulinavich, Jr.; and by his wife of 67 years, Mary Raulinavich. He is survived by his daughter, Linda Schmidt and her husband, Alan of Richmond, NH; his sons, Thomas Raulinavich, Jr. and his wife, Susan of Howell Twp., NJ, and Donald Raulinavich and his wife, Suzanne of Edison, NJ; his grandchildren, Channez Rogers and her husband, Cole of Glastonbury, CT, Alyssa Boudrieau and her husband, Tim of Thomaston, CT, Joseph Raulinavich of Howell Twp., Amy Raulinavich of Howell Twp., Julia Raulinavich of Edison, NJ, and Kyle Raulinavich of Edison, NJ; his sister, Elizabeth Laurinaitis of Bellport, NY; and by his numerous nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his visitation from 1-4PM on Sunday, November 1, 2020, at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527. A funeral gathering will be offered at 8:15 AM on Monday, November 2, 2020, at the funeral home. His Funeral Liturgy will follow at 9:30 AM at the Church of St. Veronica, 4215 Route 9 North, Howell Twp., NJ 07731. Interment will follow in Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Rd., Arneytown, NJ 08562. CDC attendance guidelines will be followed, and face masks are required for all services.
