Thomas James Moe

Thomas James Moe, 56, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2020 in a Fort Smith hospital. He was born on January 28, 1964 in Hot Springs, AR to Robert Leigh and Eugenia Josephine (Nasengast) Moe. He was a wave planner for Americold Logistics. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Hans Moe. Tom was a college football fan and always rooted for the Razorbacks and LSU. He had a great sense of humor and an avid reader but most of all loved his family. Funeral service is 10:00 AM, Saturday, October 31, 2020 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith with burial to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family will visit with friends from 5-7 PM on Friday at the funeral home. He is survived by his wife Angie Moe and his son, Robert Moe both of the home; four sisters, Susan St. Romain (Chet) and Elizabeth Fuselier (Kenneth) both of Lake Charles, LA, Robin Scott (Ralph) of Conway, AR and Mary Schutte (John) of Lafayette, LA; one brother, Robert Moe (Cyndi) of Sacramento, CA; brother in law, James Smotherman (Julie) of Hollister, MO and a host of family and dear friends. Pallbearers are Joshua Uhrich, John Goff, Jason Day, James Smotherman, Jarod and Clay Bingham. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Reynolds Cancer Support House, 3324 South M St., Ft. Smith. AR 72903.
