Juanita Mae Harris Hot Springs, Arkansas Obituary

Juanita Mae Harris

Juanita Mae Harris, age 83, of Hot Springs, passed away October 26, 2020. She was born March 23, 1937 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to the late Alford Zach and Mattie Caroline Stidman. Other than her parents, Juanita was preceded in death by four sisters and two brothers. Survivors include her loving husband of 64 years, Ronnie Harris; son, Ronald Harris (Kay Lynn); daughter, Ronetta Burroughs (Mike); sister, Jo Wuichet; grandchildren, Brodie Harris, Mikala Koller (Tim), Madlin Harris, Karli Sanchez (Stephen), Mallory Melby (Jace); seven great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. Juanita's family was always the focus of her life but Miss Juanita also had another passion: that was selling shoes. She had a huge following of several generations of her customers. I know she will be missed by all. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home. A celebration of Juanita’s life will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home with Brother David Roark and Brother Russell Phillips officiating. Burial will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Reggie Cowan, Garland Wuichet, Clark Wesson, Tim Koller, Stephen Sanchez and Jace Melby. Honorary Pallbearers include Dr. Tim English and Lakewood Nursing Home.
