Myron K. "Cricket" Summer
<p><strong>Graveside services for Myron K. “Cricket” Summer, 84, will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Thursday at Union Lutheran Church Cemetery. Visitation will follow the graveside service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the ASPCA. Barr-Price Funeral Home, Historic B-L Chapel, is assisting the family.</strong></p> <p><strong> Mr. Summer died Monday October 26, 2020. Born in Saluda County, he was a son of the late Sammy and Effie Price Summer and was a member of Union Lutheran Church. He retired from Monsanto and was a US Air Force Veteran.</strong></p> <p><strong> Survivors include a son, Erwin Summer (Anne), daughters, Wanda Tucker (Jason) and Cindy Heyward (Wayne), brother, Douglas Summer (Ann), 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.</strong></p> <p><strong> He was predeceased by his wife, Carolyn Connelly Summer, daughter, Nora Jean Summer, brother, Clovis Summer and sister,Daphne Monts. </strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p>Obituary
