<p>Toni L. Shaffer, 65, Johnstown, died October 24, 2020 at her residence. Born May 20, 1955 in Johnstown, daughter of Henry and Gloria (Cox) Shaffer. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, George and Donald; and sister Barbara Craig. Survived by siblings, Cheryl (Gregory Clark); Wendy (Brian Dugan); William; and Patrick (Peggy Wright); and numerous nieces and nephews. By request, there will be no public viewing. A memorial service will be held Friday at 11AM at Hilltop Baptist Church. Masks are required for those attending.
