KUCHINSKY - Dorothy A., 84; Johnstown, passed away October 22, 2020 at Richland Healthcare and Rehab Center.  Born February 23, 1936 in Johnstown, daughter of Joseph A. Sr. and Mary (Hrbal) Spisak.  Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Joseph A. Jr., Richard and Harry Spisak. Survived by children, John (Trish) Kuchinsky of Toledo, OH; David Kuchinsky, Columbus, OH; and Dorothy Clark of Johnstown; ex husband, John Kuchinsky; grandchildren, William, Christopher, Matthew, Kimberly and Andrew.  A sister of  Robert (Tammy) Spisak; and William Spisak, both of Johnstown.  Retired medical secretary for Windber and Good Samaritan Hospitals.  A member of Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church, where Funeral Mass will be held 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, the Very Rev.
