GLENDA DINA Westminster- Glenda R. Towe Dina, 68, wife of the Joseph “Joe” K. Dina, Sr., passed away, peacefully at her home Friday, October 23rd, 2020. Glenda was born in Fort Jackson, South Carolina, to the late Glenn and Marion McGuffin Towe. She was a retired Police Officer for the City of Walhalla, serving in adult protection services. Glenda leaves behind her husband, a son, a daughter, a brother and two grandchildren. There will be no formal services held per Glenda’s wishes.
