Thuong Van Lam, age 61 of Forest City, died Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at Hospice House.  He was born March 23, 1959 in Bien Hoa, Vietnam and was a son of the late Bac Lam.  In Vietnam, Thuong worked as a Physician's Assistant until he and his family fled Vietnam and moved to the United States.  Locally, he worked in manufacturing and for the past several years worked for Timkin Corporation.

Survivors include his mother, Guc Trinh, his wife, Saran Kim of the home, a daughter, Kim Lam and husband Johnny Nguyen of Wichita, Kansas, a granddaughter, Katie Nguyen as well as two brothers and two sisters that remain in Vietnam.
