David Randall "Dave" Wallace, 53, a resident of Elkins, passed from this life Thursday, October 22, 2020, at home under the care of Mountain Hospice. Dave was born Saturday, March 18, 1967, in Christchurch, New Zealand, a son of the late Jack Randall Wallace and Suellen Baisden Wallace who survives. Also left to cherish his memory is one brother, Jack Landon Wallace and partner LeEllen Phares of Elkins, one nephew, Garrett Wallace and wife Laura of Morgantown, one niece Casandra Shiflet and husband Jon of Elkins, stepmother, Barbara Wallace, and several aunts, uncles, cousins. Dave was a 1985 graduate of Elkins High School and later attended WVU. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and Mountaineer Athletics. Dave will be remembered as fun and loving and will be greatly missed. Dave’s request for cremation will be honored.
