<p>Frances Gilmore Dale of Oak Hill, formerly of Beckley died October 18th, 2020.</p> <p>Born on May 9th, 1935, at Minden, she was the daughter of the late Earl Stanley and Harriet Hughes Davenport. Frances was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School and Concord College. She was a retired office manager in the medical profession. </p> <p>The last survivor of her siblings, Frances was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Dale Sr. </p> <p>She is survived by her son, James E. Dale Jr.</p> <p>The services will be private. The arrangements are by Melton Mortuary.</p>May 9, 1935 - October 18, 202005/09/193510/18/2020
