Ralph Trishell, 65, of Weatherford, passed from this earth to his heavenly home on Saturday, October 17, 2020, in Fort Worth. A graveside committal service will be held at 2:30 P.M., on Friday, October 23, 2020, at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Stephenville, Texas. Ralph was born on November 29, 1954, in Fort Worth to Curley and Gertrude Trishell. He was an avid runner, creative thinker, and civic-minded. He enjoyed 70s classic popular music, Sci-fi especially Star Trek, and fishing. He cherished being independent, spending time outdoors, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys football team, and had a fondness for Sammy Davis Jr. Most of all, Ralph enjoyed the time spent with this family. Ralph is survived by his brothers, Sylvester Trishell of California, M. L. Trishell & wife Wyonna of Fort Worth, and Roger Trishell of Weatherford; his sisters, Roberta Simmons, Verda Patterson, and Alice Cain all of Weatherford; and by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great nephews. Ralph was preceded in death by his parents and brothers: Lester Trishell and Lionnel Trishell. Ralph's family would like to acknowledge and give special thanks to the exceptional care he received at John Peter Smith hospital, the doctors, Pavilion 5: Patient care tech, Nurses, Respiratory Therapists, and particularly Chaplain Don. Also, to M.L. Trishell, Roger Trishell, Verda Patterson, Nathan Simmons, Alicia Patterson, and Stephanie Stubbs.
