FORET—Graveside services for James David Foret, 92, will be held 2PM Friday, October 23, 2020 at JACKSONVILLE MEMORY GARDENS CEMETERY,111 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL with Rev. Ralph Esteves officiating. James was born on August 20, 1928 in Raceland, Louisiana. He was the son of the late Joe and Annette Foret. James went home to be with the Lord on October 18, 2020 in Fleming Island, FL. James served his country proudly in the United States Navy form January 1, 1945 until August 18, 1949. James leaves behind to cherish his memory his son, David W. Foret, Sr. and his wife Nancy; his sister, Marie Ruffino; two grandsons, David W. Foret, Jr. and his wife Zola, and Jason Foret and his fiancé Tina Chason; six great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and many other loving family members and friends. James will be remembered as a man devoted to God, Family and Country and will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.
