Judy Carol Irvin, 73, of Carthage, Missouri, passed away Saturday afternoon, October 17, 2020 at the Landmark Hospital, Joplin, Missouri. She was born on April 3, 1947 in Carthage, Missouri, the daughter of Charles Irvin and Etheline (Cline) Irvin. Judy was a homemaker, a devout Christian, and loved spending time with friends and family. She was a member of the First Christian Church, Carthage, and was active in the 4H Club in her youth. Survivors include her two sisters, Karen Davis (Ronald), Carthage, and Priscilla Pollard (Raymond), Carthage; a niece, Melinda Owings (Jimmie); nephews, Ray Doty, Dale Doty, Timmy Doty, Randy Doty, and Steven Johnson; great-niece and great-nephew, Megan Pi-ga, and Travis Garrison; and aunt, Frances Williams (Bob). She was preceded in death by her parents, and a niece, Katherine Desourdy. Graveside services will be held 2 pm, Thursday, October 22, 2020 at Oak Hill Cemetery, Carthage. Memorial gifts are suggested to First Christian Church, Carthage in care of Knell Mortuary. Judy will lie in state for those who wish to sign the book and pay respects from 8 am – 5 pm, Wednesday, October 21, 2020 and from 8 am – 12 pm, Thursday, October 22, 2020 at Knell Mortuary.
