James Michael Williams, 59, of Davenport, died Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Genesis Medical Center, East Campus.  Keeping with his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded.

James was born on June 19, 1961 in Davenport, a son of Josephine (Vitagliano) Williams.  He had been married to Angela Leach.

James worked in the welding field throughout the Quad Cities.  He enjoyed riding around, walks, fishing, and hanging with his dog, Drake.

Survivors include his children: Greg (dominique Walker) Leach, Muscatine, James Michael Williams II, Winthrop, Iowa, and Alicia Laperriere, Texas; grandchildren: Logan Hoover, Liam Nichols, Mia Leach, Sky Williams, James Michael Williams III; niece and nephew: LeAndra Williams and Kristopher Williams, and a great-niece, Alexys Williams.

He was preceded in death by mother, and siblings: David, Rhea, and Corrine Williams.
