Bonnie Jean Evans, 63, of Dryden, died Friday October 16, 2020. She was born October 14, 1957 in Royal Oak to parents Jack and Shirley (Shoults) Eichenberg. Bonnie married her Kimball High School sweetheart, Scott Evans, in Troy. When she was able, Mrs. Evans certainly enjoyed crafting, gardening and reading. She was very lucky with scratch off tickets, loved to cook and was a real gabby story teller. Above all else, Bonnie cherished the title of grandma “Bubbi”. Bonnie is survived by her sons: Patrick (Katie) Evans of Metamora, Andrew (Jennifer) Evans of Bloomington, IL, grandchildren: Sam, Madelyn, Caroline, siblings: Jack (Maureen) Eichenberg of AZ and Ann (Keith) Fife of Oxford. She was preceded in death by her husband: Scott in 2017 as well as her parents. Mrs. Evans' family has entrusted Muir Brothers Funeral Home, Lapeer with cremation. A memorial gathering will be 1:00-4:00pm Saturday November 7, 2020 at Muirs, Lapeer. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
