Dallas worked forty years for the postal service as a contracrt mail carrier. She enjoyed playing bingo, and was an avid QVC shopper. She loved spending time with her family and friends, and was a well known animal lover, having numerous dogs throughout her life treating them just like family members. Dallas is survived by her husband of 60 years, John A. Wright , her son, James and his wife Jill, and her daughter, Debra. She had two grandsons, Jamison and Blake (deceased 2015). Dallas was the daughter of the late James and Nannie Horton. She had two brothers, Bruce (Pug) Horton and Danny Vanover both deceased. She will be missed by a host of family and friends that were dear to her heart.
