Debra Gail Leinani Phillips has passed away peacefully on September 27, 2020 at her home in Kailua HI. My mother was a very to the point woman and gave no slack but had a heart of gold and would open her door to strangers as well as ones she knew. She's an amazing woman and will be missed by many. Debbie aka Mom is a very special women and was always there when anyone called and needed her.No one ever had to ask she was always there for everyone she has the biggest heart of anyone I know and would do anything for me and has done a lot for other families. So with that being said if you find a penny on the ground just remember she right there next to you. She is survived by her husband William "Bill" Phillips, daughter Jamy LaRue sons Jeremy & Jessie Henning 6 grandchildren Tehani,Sarah,Kelsey & Tyler LaRue, Korey & Keanu Powell and 3 great grandchildren. Sister's Patricia Su'a & Loretta Ramos, brother Alfanso Cortes Jr. Nieces and nephews.
