Lily Sugimoto

Lily Sugimoto passed peacefully at home with her family by her side and moved to be with her loved ones at her heavenly home. She was a lifetime educator who never really retired. She was a humble and gentle woman who strived to bless someone each day whether it was her family, her friends, her students, her neighbors, or a stranger. Lily was also a powerful prayer warrior, and only heaven knows the eternal impact all her many years of faithful praying has had on her family, her friends, her students, and others. Lily's unwavering faith in God firmly grounded her and made her a guiding light who set a shining example of an exceptional wife, mother, and grandmother. She was immensely proud of her family and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories. She enjoyed teaching, traveling, walking, hiking, swimming, gardening, cleaning, sewing, cooking, eating out with her family--anything but being idle. She is deeply loved and her presence will be missed by her family and friends. Hebrews 12:1A private service was held.
