Terry Anthony Fabre

Terry Anthony Fabre, 75, a native of Lafitte and resident of Grand Caillou, passed away on October 15, 2020. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, October 17, 2020 at 11 am at Holy Family Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Melanie Fabre; children, Jackson Fabre, Terren Fabre (Kristy), and Rona Fabre; grandchildren, Trey Aucoin (Teri), Kylie Thomas (Kaylee), Rian Aucoin, Austin Fabre (Kristen), Joule' LeBouef, and Brooke Fabre; 4 great grandchildren and one on the way; siblings, Wilson Fabre Jr., Milton Fabre, and Gayle Trosclair; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilson Sr. and Helena Fabre; siblings, Calvin Fabre and Keith Fabre. Terry was a retired commercial fisherman who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends while smoking a good cigar and listening to swamp pop music. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather and he will be deeply missed. Samart Funeral Home of Houma, Bayou Blue is in charge of arrangements.
