The funeral service will be held for Mrs. Milligan on Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at our East Point Chapel from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The viewing will be on Tuesday, October 20, 2020, at our East Point location from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. F. L. Sims Funeral Home - East Point has been entrusted.
