<p>Jane Neff Hullinger passed away on October 14, 2020 at the age of 66. Jane was born on December 8, 1953 to Gloria Avalon Monson and Albert Hughes Neff in Salt Lake City, Utah.<br /> <br /> Jane married Kenneth L. Hullinger on December 8, 1972 in her loving parent’s home in Manila. Jane enjoyed spending time in the kitchen cooking for her family. Family was the most important thing to her. She loved to go on picnics with the fall leaves in the mountains. Baking goodies for Christmas was something she looked forward to every year. Jane had a green thumb and loved to plant flowers. Jane enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and would do anything for them. She considered her pugs apart of her family and enjoyed the moments they would curl up next to her.<br /> <br /> She is survived by her loving husband Ken. Her son’s; Brandon, Dustin (Lexie), Shelby (Emily), Andy, and Kenyon (Jessica) Hullinger. Her brother’s; Robert (Elaine), Neff and Steve (Jill) Neff. Sister’s; Margery (Eugene) Hullinger and Louise (Greg) Gosar. Her grandchildren Riley, Avery, Alivia, Mercedez, Easton, Samara, Madison, Isaac, Sophie, Lukas and Arianna. Many Nieces and nephews.<br /> <br /> She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother David Neff. Her beloved pug’s; Baxter, George, and Daphnie.<br /> <br /> Funeral Services for Jane Neff Hullinger will be held Monday, October 19 at 11:00am at the Maeser Stake Center, 2745 West 1000 North. Visitation for family and friends will be held Sunday, October 18, 2020, from 6:00pm - 8:00pm and Monday from 9:00am - 10:00am at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home 410 North 800 West.
