<p>Micheal Albert Farmer, 72, of Marble Hill, Mo., died October 14, 2020, at his home.&nbsp; Born in Glen Allen, Mo., on May 15, 1948, he was the son of Paul A. and Wilda A. Gaines Farmer.&nbsp; He married Linda Faye Huffman on Jan 13, 1967.&nbsp; She survives.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>He was a retired Teamster, having worked for Cassen&rsquo;s Auto Terminal in St. Louis, Mo.&nbsp; He and Linda managed a Castor River Campground for 10 years.&nbsp; For many years he volunteered at the Bollinger County Archives.&nbsp; His hobby was genealogy along with being a member of the Sons of the American Revolution.&nbsp; He also volunteered at the Hickory Hills Senior Housing.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>He is survived by his wife; a sister, Wilda Hahn; and many nieces and nephews.&nbsp; Preceding him in death were his parents, two sisters, and four brothers.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Visitation and a memorial service will be held on Saturday, Oct. 17, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. until Noon at Hutchings Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill.&nbsp; Inurnment will be later &nbsp;in McGee Chapel Cemetery near Glen Allen.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Save the Children Fund or a charity of choice.</p>

Micheal Albert Farmer, 72, of Marble Hill, Mo., died October 14, 2020, at his home.  Born in Glen Allen, Mo., on May 15, 1948, he was the son of Paul A. and Wilda A. Gaines Farmer.  He married Linda Faye Huffman on Jan 13, 1967.  She survives.

 

He was a retired Teamster, having worked for Cassen’s Auto Terminal in St. Louis, Mo.  He and Linda managed a Castor River Campground for 10 years.  For many years he volunteered at the Bollinger County Archives.  His hobby was genealogy along with being a member of the Sons of the American Revolution.  He also volunteered at the Hickory Hills Senior Housing.
