Curtis "Curt" Randall

It is with great sadness that the family of Curtis Lynn Randall (“Curt”) announce his passing on Friday October 9, 2020 at the age of 63 in Iqaluit, Nunavut. Curtis was born June 5, 1957 and grew up in Kemptville, NS. His career as an Electrician brought him many places across Canada and as far away as Russia. Over the years in Iqaluit he also worked for Twilite Security, Qajuqturvik Food Centre, Baffinland Mine and did electrical and construction work for people around town. He loved to joke around and had a great sense of humour. He is survived by his children Lisa (Rob) Schill -Balcarres, SK and Jill (Sean) Martin -Ketch Harbour, NS; grandchildren Alexis, Emily and Owen; siblings Jean (Bruce) Goudey, Raymond (Gaile) Randall, Fred (Sharon) Randall, Don (Diane) Randall, Erving (Carol) Randall, Neil Randall, and Joyce Cottreau; sisters- in-law Lynda Crowell and Stella Randall; former wife Joan Wight; many nieces, nephews and extended family members. He was predeceased by his parents Herbert and Irene Randall; siblings Burnley Randall and David Randall; sister-in-law Rita Randall and brother-in-law Brian Cottreau. A memorial service will be held in Iqaluit, NU at a later date and a memorial service and interment will be held in Kemptville, NS also at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Qajuqturvik Community Food Centre (CRA #810143925RR0001) or a charity of choice.
