Obituary of Brian Mouncey MOUNCEY: Brian Keith Following a valiant struggle with cancer and nearing the end of his 49th year, Brian Keith Mouncey found his paradise on Monday, November 10, 2008. Brian attended W.A. Porter Collegiate Institute and was a graduate of Sir Sanford Fleming College and the Toronto School of Business. He settled in Peterborough where he pursued his passion for fishing, computer, music and strumming guitars. He adored his feline buddy "Mr. Idget". Brian's parents, Donald and Shirley Mouncey; his family: Donna (sister) and Michael Schmitt; Erik (nephew), Julia (niece) and her husband Blair Poyntz; Cheryl (sister) and Ian Park and niece Jaslyn grieve Brian's passing which took him from this life all too soon. He will be remembered by extended family and friends. The family wishes to thank the Community Access Centre and Nightingale Nursing without whose help Brian's wish to die in his own home would not have been possible. We have no words to express our gratitude to "Margaret", Jerry and Brian's "angel of the night", Sherry, for their extraordinary assistance. Brian has been cremated and a private service held in Peterborough. A Celebration of Brian's Life will follow at a later date.
