Raffaela (Cristofaro) Grimaldi, 86 years of age, of Saugus, formerly of East Boston, passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2020.

Cherished daughter of the late Sosio and Maria Teresa (Cimino) Cristofaro. Beloved wife of Giovanni Grimaldi. Loving mother of John Grimaldi and his wife April, Francesca Grimaldi, Sosio Grimaldi and his wife Maria, Maria Teresa Andrade and Anna Regnetta and her husband Christopher. Adored grandmother of Johna Michelle Grimaldi, Scot Dennis Harris, Jonathan Michael Harris, Giana Maria Grimaldi, Joseph Antonio Andrade, Stephanie Angelina Grimaldi, Gianni Sosio Grimaldi, Ashli Christina Grimaldi, Ariana Raffaela Regnetta, Christopher John Regnetta Jr. and Giovanni Nicholas Grimaldi. Cherished great-grandmother of Leanne, Scot, Cambria and Jonathan Harris Jr. Caring sister of Flora Del Prete, Antonietta Chioccarelli, Pasquale Cristofaro, Simione Cristofaro, Joseph Cristofaro and the late Elenor Giuliano. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family and friends will honor Raffaela’s life by gathering in Vazza’s “Beechwood” Funeral Home, 262 Beach Street, REVERE on Thursday, October 15th from 4PM to 8PM. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the Funeral Mass will be private. At the family’s request, please OMIT flowers.
