Ruthie Jane Froehlich Roberts 1936-2020 Ruthie Roberts, 84 of Olive Hill, formerly of Grayson, passed away Monday, October 12, 2020, at her residence. She was born August 17, 1936, in Hammond, Indiana; a daughter of the late Raymond and Geneva Baize Froehlich. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Thomas Roberts Sr.; a son, Roger Everett Roberts; two daughters, Joann Sparks and Cynthia Marie Brown; a granddaughter, Michele Fields. She was of the Baptist faith and attended the J.D. Ross Chapel Church. She was a homemaker, mother, and had retired from Kroger, working in the Deli. She is survived by; three sons, Paul Thomas (Sabrina) Roberts of Vancleve, MS, Wade Lewis (Pam) Roberts of Lula, GA, and Ricki Ray Roberts of Versailles, KY; seven daughters, Mary Sue Meade (Tim Hale) of Gulfport, MS, Phyllis Jean (Rick) Fannin of Louisa, KY, Ruth Elaine (Ronnie) Fields and Connie Lee (Tony) Bush both of Versailles, KY, Terri Lynn (Joe) Adkins of Olive Hill, KY, Doris Irene (John) Chambers of Rossville, TN, and Kathy Yvonne (Tim) Mankowski of Many, LA; two sisters, Eleanor Froehlich of Scottsboro, AL, and Margaret Sims of Crown Point, IN; twenty-five grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Thursday, October 15, 2020, at 2:00 p. m. at the Sparks Funeral Home in Grayson, Jimmy Blevins, minister. Burial will follow in the Ross Cemetery at Rush, KY. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be Thursday, 12:00 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
