<p>Robert Maxwell, age 61, of Gautier, Mississippi passed away on Monday, October 12, 2020 peacefully surrounded by family at his home. He was born December 6, 1958 and attended Pascagoula High School. Robert worked for the City of Gautier for almost 20 years doing everything from lawn care to operating heavy machinery. Also called as Pawpaw, he loved spending time with his grandchildren, listening to his favorite music, and being outdoors. Robert was known for being a hard worker, and would do anything for his family. He was a truly loving family man, who will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of meeting him.</p> <p><br /> He is preceded in death by his father, HT Maxwell; his mother, Shirley Perry Maxwell; and great grandchild, Damien Stafford. </p> <p><br /> Robert is survived by his girlfriend, Leah Ford ,Gautier; two daughters, Jennifer Ford ,Gautier and Brandi Valencia, Gautier; sister, Anisa Maxwell Rucker; brother, Clifton Maxwell; grandchildren, Racheal Desiree, Justin Valencia, and Valentina (Marcello) Valencia; and great grandchild, Armon Stafford, Gautier. </p> <p><br /> Services will be held privately by the family at a later date.
