Lela Kathleen “Kathy” White, 91, of Eldorado, passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2020 in the Saline Care Center in Harrisburg. She was born on March 29, 1929 in Crawford County, Missouri to the late Elmer and Freda Duffer (Curtis) Asher. She was a member of the Community of Christ Church in Wasson. She owned and operated Kathy’s Lindell Plaza Restaurant in St. Louis, MO. On November 19, 1969 she married Don White and he preceded her in death on May 30, 2011. Kathy is survived by her son, Robert “Bob” White of Evansville, IN. A brother Sid (Nancy) Duffer of Decatur, IL and a sister Norma (Don) Ericson of Fall Creek, WI. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Morris and Dorothy Ryder. As per her wishes she will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later time.
