Michael John Mills passed away on October 8, 2020 at the age of 74 in the beautiful surroundings of the Foothills Country Hospice. He was born April 14, 1946 in Calgary. Mike’s greatest passions in life were his family and farming. He was employed with the Calgary EMS as a paramedic for over 30 years, and remained active with the MD fireboard. Mike was predeceased by his loving wife Barbara in 2014, whom he missed immensely everyday. He will be sadly missed by his daughter Heather (Dave), son Trevor (Nikki), grandchildren Colt, Montana, Bowden and Braven, his brother Paul (Leighann) as well as nieces and nephews. A special thank you to the staff at 94E Rockyview Hospital, the staff at the Foothills Country Hospice, and to all of our friends and family for their ongoing support. In lieu of a memorial donation may be made to the Foothills Country Hospice. A gathering will take place on Friday October 16, 2020.
