Janice Bodie

Janice Bodie, 79, of Bellevue, passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at the Asbury Hospice House. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, October 11, 2020 at the Bellevue Baptist Church Cemetery. Janice was a very active member of Bellevue Baptist Church and loved to spend time with her family. She is preceded in death by her son, Carl Bodie; parents, Lawrence and Oneida Nobles; and sisters, Linda Nobles and Lynette Graham. She is survived by her husband of fifty-nine years, Harvey Bodie of Bellevue; two sons, Randy (Pam) Bodie of Hattiesburg, Scotty Bodie of Sumrall; a daughter, Patty (Eddy) Spiers of Wiggins; a brother, Charles (Bonnie) Nobles of Hattiesburg; a sister, Joyce Campbell of Canton, GA; five grandchildren, Garrett (Rebecka) Spiers, Ashleigh (Shelby) Spiers-Downs, Myles Bodie, Kade Bodie, Jace Bodie; four great-grandchildren, Braxton Spiers, Brooke, Spiers, Serah Spiers, and Bentley Bodie. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that love offerings be made to the Bellevue Baptist Church Building and Grounds Fund.
