Jackie Lavon Langley, age 82 of Point Blank, Texas passed away Friday, October 2, 2020. He was born September 7, 1938 in Ellisville, Mississippi to parents Eunice and Sylvester Langley who preceded him in death along with his wife, Linda Langley; son, Tim Langley; brothers, Sam, Orell, Marvin and Don; and sisters, Irene, Ray, Alene and Faye. Jackie was a 25 year veteran with the Houston Fire Department retiring with the rank of Senior Captain. Jackie was also employed with Lyondell Chemical for 27 years. Survivors include his wife, Wanda Langley; son, Donnie Langley and wife Gena; daughters, Jann Gay and husband Joey, Jima Aldridge and husband Frank; step children, Christy Crummett, Todd Wright and wife Sue Ann, Cherrie Ellinwood and husband Dan, Audry Osborn; grandchildren, Tim Langley, Allison Parker and husband Justin, Cori Langley, Aubrey Seagraves and husband Matt, Doug Reed, Tyler Aldridge, Jordan Aldridge, Emily Aldridge; great-grandchildren, John Michael Raniuo and Juniper Aldridge; step grandchildren, Zackery, Jacob, Drew, Heather, Jennifer, Stephen, Dani, Autumn, Sharon and Christopher; step great-grandchildren, Charlie, Natalie, Major, Luke, Cameron, Nicholas, Devin and Morgan; along with numerous other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Thursday, October 8, 2020 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Services will be held at 11:30 a.m., Friday, October 9, 2020 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas.
