<p>Rantoul &ndash; Lucy Annie McGinnis, 84, passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2020 in Rantoul, IL.&nbsp; She was born on November 14, 1935 in Lilbourn, MO to Sylvan E. and Mildred L. (Bennett) Utsler.&nbsp; Lucy married Dwain Lee McGinnis on November 17, 1972 in Lodge, IL.</p> <p>Lucy is survived by her children Deborah Grenko and Marshall (Connie Lettimore) Bartley; 7 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.&nbsp; She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; sons Curtis Dale Bartley and James Warren Bartley; grandson Nevada Lee Enno; and brother Aaron Utsler.&nbsp;</p> <p>Lucy enjoyed reading books, assembling jigsaw puzzles, and embroidery.&nbsp;</p> <p>A private graveside committal will be held at Grandview Memorial Gardens.&nbsp; Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Champaign, Illinois 710 N Neil St. Champaign, Illinois 61820.&nbsp; Please join Lucy&rsquo;s family in sharing memories on her tribute wall at sunsetfuneralhome.com.</p>

Rantoul – Lucy Annie McGinnis, 84, passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2020 in Rantoul, IL.  She was born on November 14, 1935 in Lilbourn, MO to Sylvan E. and Mildred L. (Bennett) Utsler.  Lucy married Dwain Lee McGinnis on November 17, 1972 in Lodge, IL.

Lucy is survived by her children Deborah Grenko and Marshall (Connie Lettimore) Bartley; 7 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; sons Curtis Dale Bartley and James Warren Bartley; grandson Nevada Lee Enno; and brother Aaron Utsler.
