<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Landon Morris Yetter, 83, passed away at his residence in Hot Springs County, September 29, 2020.</p> <p>One of eight children Morris was born October 17, 1936 in Oshkosh, Nebraska to William and Mabel (Baird) Yetter.</p> <p>On November 17, 1958 he married Barbara Jean Clark in Cody, WY.</p> <p>Drafted into the US Army in 1959 he was stationed in Fairbanks, Alaska.&nbsp; Following his discharge he and his brothers owned and operated Yetter Brothers Sawmill for several years.&nbsp;</p> <p>Moving to Thermopolis in 1968 he was employed by Canyon Concrete driving truck. &nbsp;&nbsp;Morris then worked for Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital as a maintenance man for nineteen years.</p> <p>Morris enjoyed woodworking, gardening, camping, fishing and playing several string instruments making music.</p> <p>Survivors include his daughters, Connie Yetter of Thermopolis and Vonnie Reinbold of&nbsp; Rock Springs, WY; grandson, Brandon Yetter and brothers, George and Skinny Yetter, both of Thermopolis.&nbsp; He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Barbara in 2013, and siblings, Forrest, Sam, and Mark Yetter, Mabel Fitzpatrick and Emma Thomas.</p> <p>No services are planned at this time. &nbsp;</p> <p>Mortimore Funeral Home is assisting the family.&nbsp; Online messages may be offered at www.mortfh.com.</p>

Landon Morris Yetter, 83, passed away at his residence in Hot Springs County, September 29, 2020.

One of eight children Morris was born October 17, 1936 in Oshkosh, Nebraska to William and Mabel (Baird) Yetter.

On November 17, 1958 he married Barbara Jean Clark in Cody, WY.

Drafted into the US Army in 1959 he was stationed in Fairbanks, Alaska.  Following his discharge he and his brothers owned and operated Yetter Brothers Sawmill for several years. 

Moving to Thermopolis in 1968 he was employed by Canyon Concrete driving truck.   Morris then worked for Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital as a maintenance man for nineteen years.

Morris enjoyed woodworking, gardening, camping, fishing and playing several string instruments making music.
