Milo Olen Lammers, was born on June 21, 1934 at home in Graettinger, Iowa to Louis and Cleo (Anderson) Lammers. He passed away on October 1, 2020 at Fort Dodge Villa Care Center in Fort Dodge, Iowa at the age of 86 years.

Milo attended schools in the Graettinger Area, upon completion he began farming in the area, and selling Kussmaul Seed Corn. On December 7, 1958 he was united in marriage to Ruth Pierce. The couple made their home in rural Graettinger and continued farming together. They moved into town in 2005. Ruth passed away on November 22, 2006.

Milo enjoyed attending farm shows and going to auctions. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially taking fishing trips to Canada. Milo also enjoyed taking slow drives throughout the area to check the crops. He enjoyed his toy tractor collection and tinkering in his shop. Milo also enjoyed his family and family gatherings.
Milo is survived by his sisters Darlene (Bill) Croft of Estherville, Sharon Claypool of Wallingford, Maxine (Glen) Johnson of Holstein, and Eunice (Emil) Oeltjenbruns of Mountain Lake, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Milo is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, his sister Madelyn (Ken) Andre, and brother-in-law Wally Claypool.
