Visitation 2-4 PM, Sunday, October 4, 2020 at Kok Funeral Home, 1201 Portland Avenue, St. Paul Park, MN, 55071. Private family interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Facemasks will be REQUIRED when inside the facility.</p> <p>Vern Moen was ambitious! A hard working man! He loved being a carpenter. He was a father, a companion, brother, and a loyal and caring friend. May he rest in peace.</p> <p><em>While maintaining social distancing guidelines, we are now able to accommodate gatherings while abiding to a 50% capacity at the facility. The use of face masks by attendees is required at indoor events, and we will continue taking the necessary steps to keep your families safe.
