Mrs. Jessie Lee Culbreth, age 72, passed away, Sunday, September 27, 2020 at her residence.

Mrs. Culbreth was born in Alpharetta, Georgia on January 22, 1948. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bill Bailey and Dessie Mae Clayton Bailey; her daughter, Nancy DeLee; brother, Wesley Bailey. Jessie was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved to spent time with family and friends. Her hobbies were working crossword puzzles, watching wheel of fortune, drinking coffee, singing and writing.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Terry R. Culbreth; children, William “Edward” DeLee and wife, Renee, Hoyt “Andrew” DeLee and wife, Rhonda, Patricia Leigh All and husband, Thomas; grandchildren, Michelle Cain, Jennifer Thompson, Brittany McConelly, Nicholas Decker, Clinton DeLee, Nathan Blanks, Kayla Druce, Kali All; 8 great-grandchildren; siblings, Delsie Dinsmore, Sarah Frady, Doyce Bailey, Glenda Nichols; several nieces, nephews and extended family.

Visitation for Jessie Lee Culbreth will be Tuesday, September 29, 2020 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A funeral service will be Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home.
