Jonathan Michael Riggs, 31, of Frederick, Maryland, passed from this life on Wednesday, September 23, 2020.

Born on December 24, 1988, in Bethesda, MD , he was the son of Lawrence (Larry) Remus Riggs and Sandra (Sandi)  (Royster) Riggs.

Jon was smart, gentle, caring, kind and fiercely funny.  He was a very talented artist and too much of a perfectionist in an imperfect world.  He will be missed by many.

In addition to his parents his is survived by his brother, Joe Weiger and wife, Hanh Nguyen, sister, Erin Riggs Rader and husband, Timothy Rader; nieces, Caitlyn Clark, 

Sydney Weiger, Kitiara Rader; nephew, Tanis Rader; aunts, Harriette Miller, Patti Royster, Kim (Kiefer) Royster; uncles, Buddy Royster, Larry Miller and Edward Riggs; cousins, 

Chris and Michael Whirley and Melissa Meyers.  He is also survived by a very special friend, Jenna Connors.
